Contact Store Tool Guide
Email is the only contact channel we monitor. Write to [email protected]. Please put the name of the tool or the page you are writing about in the subject line so it does not get lost.
The four things worth emailing us about
A number on this site is wrong. Every price, free-plan limit, and commission figure we publish is read from the vendor's own pricing page or support documentation, and we record the date we checked it. Vendors still change plans without notice. If you find a figure that no longer matches the vendor's page, send us the page you checked and we will re-verify it and correct the article.
A free plan changed. Free-plan limits are the single most volatile thing we track, and the most common reason a recommendation goes stale. A contact cap, a message cap, or the removal of a feature from a free tier all change which tool we would recommend first.
A tool we have not covered. If a tool belongs in one of our categories and we have no review of it yet, tell us which store task it solves. We cover tools in the order we can actually verify them.
Something is broken. A page that will not load, a link that goes nowhere, or a comparison table that renders wrong. Include the URL and the browser you were using.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site. We are not affiliated with the software vendors we write about, we do not resell their products, and we have no access to their systems. That means we cannot help with account access, billing disputes, refunds, cancellations, or technical support for any tool. Those requests have to go to the vendor's own support team.
How long a reply takes
We read everything and reply to corrections first, because a wrong number on a live page is the most damaging thing on this site. We aim to answer within a few business days. We do not run a support desk, so a short message with the specific page and the specific figure gets a much faster answer than a long one.
Editorial, advertising, and partnership enquiries
If you represent a software vendor and want to tell us about a plan change, a new free tier, or a correction to something we published, use the same address. Vendor-supplied information is treated as a claim to verify, not as a fact to publish: we will check it against your public pricing and documentation pages before it changes anything on the site.
Paid placement does not exist on this site. Sponsorship cannot buy a ranking, a score, or a recommendation. Our scoring method is published on the methodology page, and the way we handle affiliate links is set out in the affiliate disclosure.
